SD real estate services. This is my first time dealing with this. Real estate office, but I must say they're very professional, very, very professional. And what I deal with them again, I believe so, and they're very thorough at first. I was like, oh my gosh, what are all these questions? They're asking. I was looking at the lease and it was so lengthy. I felt like it was from a lawyer's office. I mean, they covered everything, but then I got to thinking. And if it were my home, what I want it to be protected. And so then I shifted gears, and then I was like, okay, this is just a process so yes, I would recommend them just be prepared. My fiancé and I wanted to find a realtor that we had no personal relationship with and who would fight for what we truly wanted in a home. That is when we stumbled upon Jennifer Ketchum. The whole process with her went as smoothly as possible. Being first time home buyers and having no experience whatsoever with any terminology, or how this even works can be scary but with Jennifer it felt easy because we knew we could ask those questions and get those answers. I had specific wants/needs which Jennifer respected and found. I wanted a home in Lakeland (did not think it was possible, but she checked the box), original wood floors (check), and high ceilings (check), plus it was in our price range not even five minutes from Lake Hollingsworth! She found the PERFECT home for us, and it even reminds me of my childhood home. I am extremely overjoyed in our new home and it's all thanks to Jennifer! Back in April 2025, I applied for a rental home listed at $1,900/month. Unfortunately, due to multiple strong applications, I wasn’t selected.
