Shawn has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He started in Lakeland in 2000 and opened S&D Real Estate Services with his wife in 2014. As the Broker-Owner of S&D Real Estate Services, he combines his industry knowledge with a passion for service. Kristina Palm - Administrative Manager

Kristina has been with S&D Real Estate since they opened their doors in 2014. She is an experienced support staff member being advanced to the position of Administrative Manager overseeing the entire support team. She holds an associate degree in business management along with formal QuickBooks Accounting education from Polk State. Her career journey includes roles as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in both Florida and Tennessee, where she gained valuable experience in customer care. She also spent over 7 years with a large corporate superstore in various positions such as Cash Office Associate, Customer Service Manager, and Department Manager learning additional skills in customer service and management. Her versatility extends to the real estate field, where she excels as a Realtor. Her expertise spans Contracts, Addendums, FREC Guidelines, Advertising Regulations, Backend Systems, and Commission Structures to name a few.

On a personal note, Kristina's family-oriented nature is evident as she's married to her high school sweetheart with 4 kids and has embraced a considerable fur family comprising cats, dogs, a lizard, and a bunny. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her family, enjoying her husband's delicious smoked foods, leading a Girl Scout Troop, and indulging in her love for reading. Jim Hampton is a fourth-generation native of Florida, born in the picturesque town of Dade City. With a rich background in sales, sales management, and sales team development, his career has been marked by outstanding achievements and a commitment to helping others succeed. With a journey in Corporate America that spanned 36 years, Jim excelled in team development leading several of his team to continue in his footsteps to hold senior management positions as well.

Jim took those skills and made the transition into Real Estate joining S&D Real Estate Services in 2017. His commitment to his customers continued to shine through with his extensive knowledge and dedication. Jim has an extraordinary drive when it comes to his career education and accreditations. He is a proud graduate of the Realtor Institute, holding the prestigious GRI designation. Additionally, Jim is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Property Managers (NARPM) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). His commitment stretches beyond his business endeavors. Jim currently serves on the Lakeland Realtor Association Board of Directors and is slated to take on the role of treasurer in 2024. John-Michael Elliott & Richard Eijo - Directors of S&D Property Management Division

John-Michael, a native Floridian, was born in Broward County. Early in his career he found he loved computers and spent time managing a computer store. He became interested in real estate by becoming an IT Manager for Lucero, a Real Estate Management Software company. This position allowed him to travel all over the United States to train brokerages on Lucero's software. He moved to the Lakeland area with his middle school sweetheart, now wife in 2000. He was hired as a computer technician for a large real estate office and quickly rose to become their Relocation Director. Becoming a licensed Realtor in 2004, John-Michael and his business partner, Richard Eijo, joined S&D Real Estate Services in 2015 as the Directors of S&D Property Management Division. John-Michael’s years of real estate experience, his core family values and the love he has for his community is a huge asset to both S&D Real Estate and the community.

Richard Eijo is a real estate professional with a unique perspective on the industry. Growing up in Miami and working as a chef at some of the country's top hotels and restaurants, he has developed a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. Richard's dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is unparalleled, making him one of the top agents in central Florida. Richard's personal life is filled with love for his wife Melissa and two children. He's achieved the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is a passionate traveler, and enjoys art, photography, and cooking.

With a rich background spanning over two decades in office administration, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Agent Care Specialist. She works very closely with the agents helping with our back-end system, transactions, incoming leads, and recruiting more agents. Having worked for Property Management and Mortgage companies, in the past, she was able to make a very smooth transition in joining the real estate world, and just short of a year working at S&D Real Estate, she obtained her Real Estate license and is thriving thanks to the knowledge she has gained from working with other agents so closely here at the office. She is affectionately referred to as “The Anchor Agent”.

Her 20-plus years of experience have cultivated a great understanding of customers’ needs and a knack for personalized assistance in a professional setting.
